In the organizer's words:

Refreshment, a place to linger, an adornment of the urban space: fountains have been part of the history of our civilization for centuries.

The themed course deals with the mostly listed fountains in Cologne on 10 dates.

After a presentation of the current situation of Cologne's ornamental fountains and a historical review, some ornamental fountains in the city center, in Mülheim, Deutz, Südstadt and in the Rheinpark will be presented. The meeting point will be announced in the seminar.
