Deep relaxation for real regeneration
Come to a deep rest and give your body and mind a form of relaxation that is often neglected in everyday life.
In each session, you will be professionally guided through Yoga Nidra - a guided deep relaxation while lying down. You make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and follow my voice inwards: through your body, your breath and various inner awareness exercises. You don't have to do or "be able" to do anything - just listen and let go.
Yoga Nidra takes you into a special state between wakefulness and sleep: your body relaxes completely while your mind remains awake and aware. This is exactly where deep regeneration can occur.
Many people experience a session like several hours of sleep - because your nervous system enters a state that you rarely reach in everyday life.
What you can expect:
- Guided deep mental relaxation while lying down
- gentle arrival with calm breathing exercises or gentle movement
- clear, step-by-step guidance through the entire practice
- a quiet, lovingly designed room without distractions
- A small group and protected setting to let go

Format & participation:
This session is part of the 8-week course Deep Relaxation with Yoga Nidra (May 8 - June 26)
- As a new customer, you simply book in with an introductory session (€10).
- If you then decide to join the ongoing course, the €10 will be offset against the course fee.
Dates: 8.5./15.5./22.5./29.5./5.6./12.6./19.6./26.6.
