A brightly lit kitchen stands in the dark room, with a long table for the audience in front of it. On the menu: four courses and stories of the hard work in the kitchens of restaurants. How can this evening be made unforgettable and everyone's efforts rewarded equally?

The tiger sneaks around the kitchen staff in every restaurant. One small moment of carelessness and it strikes: something goes wrong and the perfect choreography, in which everyone knows what they have to do, is thrown out of sync. The already intense pressure becomes unbearable. Everyone knows that this moment happens every evening, but no one knows when.

Nadja Duesterberg is an actress and cook. On this evening, she makes visible what otherwise remains hidden: how much work it takes to prepare an enjoyable evening for your guests - whether in the theater or in a restaurant. At the same time, it shows how much potential there is in such a gathering. In everyone present, in every course, in every gesture. Cautious connections are formed. Strangers become allies, colleagues become friends, guests become a society.
