Erased Music is an electrifying tribute to Wendy Carlos - the woman who ran Bach through the Moog synthesizer and thus reinvented electronic music. Long before Daft Punk, long before Ableton: with Switched-On Bach (1968) she created a masterpiece of baroque precision and modular madness. Her musical work for Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange, The Shining and Disney's Tron made her world-famous. Today, the Will Gregory Moog Ensemble brings her compositions and arrangements of works by Bach, Handel and Purcell back to the stage. Live, analog, vintage and vibrating - a concert between classical, club and retro-futuristic sound frenzy.
