Under the title "'Ich vermischte die Stimmen' - Gedichte und Texte von Esther Dischereit auf Deutsch, Hebräisch, Arabisch und Jiddisch - ALL-EYES-ON-GAZA -" we present in cooperation with the Institute of Languages and Cultures of the Islamic World, a poetry reading and a discussion on the situation in Gaza, Palestine.

The lecture includes a poetry reading by Esther Dischereit, who is a German-Jewish poet from the second generation after the Holocaust. There will also be a discussion with Dr. habil. Stephan Milich (Institute of Languages and Cultures of the Islamic World, UoC), in which they will discuss culture, society and science after October 7, 2023.
