Tribe Friday is a band of guitar-swinging emo kids from the forests of Sweden who combine the rugged indie rock dancehall sounds of the early 2000s with the post-pandemic party bliss of GeneraKon Z. Upbeat songs about self--crony, identiKcity, confusion, love and death are carried by sarcasm, wit and charm.

The band's debut EP, "Trying Your Luck", was released digitally and on vinyl in a limited edition 7-inch format in August 2019 and was accompanied by concerts in Europe with rock legends Mando Diao and shows in front of sold-out houses in Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York City. The release was highly praised by trendsecers such as The World Famous KROQ, SpoKfy's Indie Highlights and briKcal Radio X. In 2020, Tribe Friday visited the US West Coast for the first time during GRAMMY Week before returning to New York to release their new single "Talk So Loud" at the legendary Mercury Lounge. The second EP entitled "Chasing Pictures" followed in March.

Despite the global pandemic, the band played more than 50 shows in Germany, Switzerland and Sweden, with shows at Reeperbahn FesKval, Stemweder Open Air, Nürnberg Pop FesKval, SXSW AusKn Texas, MelodifesKvalen and many more.

In October 2023, they released their debut album "Hemma", which received enthusiastic press feedback. It was followed by a headlining tour in Germany and a support tour with Teenage Dirtbags from Wheatus. The band hace Tribe Friday ́s cover version of their huge hit on YouTube and invited the band to join their tour without further ado. Outside of their inner circle, the band has co-written with Aaron Gillespie of emo legends Underoath, Christo Bowman of Bad Suns and Phil Gornell, producer for All Time Low and Bring Me The Horizon.

In 2024, they will bring their explosive and colorful show to Germany, Switzerland, the UK, the US and beyond.
