(S)TRONG Tour 2024 - The K-Pop & Vietnam Pop Concert

TRONG, the energetic live performer with Vietnamese roots, was born on July 4, 1992 in Bad Kissingen, Bavaria. When his parents immigrated to Germany, TRONG spent his childhood in a home for asylum seekers in Münnerstadt. In 2000, the family was threatened with deportation. It was a difficult time for them, full of fear and uncertainty.

Thanks to the attention they received after winning the German and European championships on Dance4Fans and meeting Britney Spears on Sat.1, TRONG's family received support from many people in Germany. More than 6000 citizens have campaigned for TRONG's family to be allowed to stay in Germany. The artist and his family will never forget this overwhelming support.

While on family vacation, TRONG took part in Vietnam Idol, the Vietnamese DSDS, and was able to win as the German Hot Boy, as the media called him. TRONG became a superstar overnight and won several awards. He was the first Vietnamese artist on the red carpet of the Billboard Music Awards, opened the VideoDays at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne in front of 16,000 spectators and has millions of followers on TikTok and Facebook.

In 2023, TRONG finally made it to the German preliminary round of the Eurovision Song Contest after 5 unsuccessful attempts and came fourth.

With his music and performances, the passionate dancer and singer wants to share joy, passion, openness and freedom with people and prove that dreams can come true as long as you work hard, believe in yourself and never give up.
