Contrary to her father’s wishes, Princess Turandot refuses to marry. She sets a seemingly impossible condition: Anyone who wishes to marry her must solve three riddles. However, anyone who fails will be publicly executed. When Prince Calaf actually manages to answer all three riddles, the princess is shaken to her core. Turandot ignites an open power struggle that ultimately claims innocent victims as well.
Price information:
Pupils and students receive tickets in advance with a 50% discount. They can also obtain unsold remaining tickets at €15 per ticket for all seats at the Box Office shortly before the performance begins, provided there is no other demand. Trainees, the unemployed, Frankfurt Pass holders and participants in the Federal Volunteer Service also receive tickets at a 50% discount - also in advance.
