Sound and silence - music as a gateway to the inner world
Sounds and vibrations can lead us out of habitual thought patterns, stress and restlessness into the depths - into silence, to ourselves. A guided sound journey invites you to immerse yourself in the world of sound: Musical compositions, soundscapes of nature and subtle vibrations open up a space for inner images and sensations.
Without visual stimuli, a kind of "movie without pictures " is created - a journey that combines mindfulness, silence and liveliness. The evening offers the opportunity to be touched by sound and resonance and to find new access to inner peace and awareness.
A meditative evening with guided sound journeys, moments of silence, mindfulness and self-awareness.
Christian Vorländer , film composer and spiritual traveler, will be the musical guide through the evening.
