If that means working in smaller circles, so be it. If it means building things in our own lanes, with like-minded people, outside the usual spotlight—even better. Money and glamour were never the core motivation. What matters is musical experience, true craftsmanship, and honest curation—putting selection, storytelling, and intention back above self-promotion and spectacle. When ego fades and something collective takes over, that moment is still possible, but it needs protection. We’re thinking of places where you can still feel the raw, authentic energy of clubbing as it was meant to be. Go out and support the subculture. The places where you don’t always know the lineup. Support environments where people like us—and many others—feel free and able to contribute fully. Not driven by how much more money can be taken from you, but by how much meaning can be created with you. Listen more closely, and choose wisely which message you want to support and witness.
