UNLEASHED UTOPIAS. Künstlerische Spekulationen über Gegenwart und Zukunft im Metaverse I VR KUNSTPREIS der DKB in Kooperation mit CAA Berlin 2023

The VR KUNSTPREIS of the DKB in cooperation with CAA Berlin 2023 is dedicated to artists who create visions for social change by means of virtual reality (VR) and large-scale installations. Five VR works have been nominated for the second edition of the VR KUNSTPREIS in the field of visual arts in Germany, which will be presented from September 9 to November 5, 2023 in the exhibition "Unleashed Utopias. Artistic Speculations on Present and Future in the Metaverse" at the Haus am Lützowplatz. As part of the exhibition, three of the five projects presented will be awarded a DKB sponsorship prize. The prizes are endowed with a total of 12,000 euros.

As part of the Berlin Art Week 2023, the DIGITAL ART LAB will be the first meeting place for digital art and visitors will be introduced to the world of digital art through workshops, talks and performances.
