Until the Beginnings

In the organizer's words:

"Until the Beginnings" is an energetic dance poem. The dancers and musicians from West Africa and Europe weave a choreographic tapestry from their different worlds that questions the nature of hospitality. Political implications of the criminalization of hospitality and images of utopian community spaces are the impulse. The team embarks on a journey to deconstruct the concept of "home" and cultivate a communal garden.

Duration: approx. 70 minutes

The performance will be translated into German Sign Language (DGS) and Easy Language and accompanied by an audio description.

A physical introduction will take place at 7 pm.

The event room is barrier-free.

We can reserve wheelchair accessible seats.

The German surtitles will be read out together with the audio description.

You can bring your own headphones to use the audio description and the translation into plain language. The connection works via a simple mini-jack plug.
