Up-, Down- und Recycling-Nähkurse

Learn to sew sustainably, repair and get creative together

The "Up, Down and Recycling Sewing Courses" series of events offers regular, open sewing courses for people with and without previous experience. Participants have the opportunity to implement their own projects, learn new techniques and continuously develop their skills in working with textiles.

The focus is on sustainable practices such as repairing, redesigning and reusing clothing and fabrics. Knowledge about resource-conserving work, waste avoidance and creative up- and downcycling is taught in a practical way. The aim is to extend the lifespan of textiles and raise awareness of sustainable consumption.

The courses are also designed to be open and collaborative. They create space for exchange, mutual support and new encounters in the neighborhood. This creates a social meeting place where the focus is on joint learning and creative work.

Participation is free of charge and no registration is required.
