In their debut program, the StöberWatanabe du o dedicate themselves to the diverse works for percussion and piano with four feverish pieces by Nicolaus A. Huber, Claude Vivier, Conlon Nancarrow and Joey Tan.
Christoph Stöber and Rie Watanabe have been friends for a long time and are active in the Cologne new music scene. They have played together in numerous projects. Their debut as a duo adds a new color to Cologne's broad sound spectrum and a line-up that draws from a dazzling repertoire.
