What can you expect from the Vision Board Workshop?

Go on a creative, personal journey into your future with experienced coach and trainer Nicole and design your own framed vision board.

After an inspiring introduction by our course leader Nicole and initial food for thought, the creative part follows:
Using a wide range of different materials, you will design a collage that will not only be visible, but tangible - with words, colors, scents and a small, secret message just for yourself.

Nicole has been a coach and trainer for over 10 years with a great passion for development - both professionally and personally. In her everyday life, she supports people in gaining more clarity about themselves, making courageous decisions and shaping their own lives more consciously. She works with executives as well as with people who simply want to realign themselves.

Vision boards help us to visualize our thoughts and desires - and this is often the first step towards change. In this workshop, you will learn how to create your own personal vision of the future with professional support.

Together we will look at questions such as:

1. What environment/framework conditions do I want for my next year?

2. What do I want to experience/do in the next year?

3. Which strengths/skills would I like to develop further?

4. What guiding principle should accompany me in the coming year?

5. How do I want to see/feel/perceive myself in a year's time?

6. What specific goals do I want to achieve?

At the end of the workshop, you will not only take your vision board home with you, but also a clear idea of your own future.
