Volksgarten parkrun

The Volksgarten parkrun is a free, volunteer-organized 5 km community run with timekeeping that takes place every Saturday morning in Düsseldorf's Volksgarten. See for yourself: parkrun is the best way to start the weekend!
From an intensive training run to a leisurely stroll: parkrun is suitable for all ages and abilities. You can run or walk the course. You set your own pace. parkrun is not a competition or race. Whether you are aiming for a personal best time or just want to spend a relaxed Saturday morning outdoors and in good company, you are welcome to take part or support as a volunteer.
The Volksgarten parkrun is an opportunity to meet new people, make friends and celebrate successes together. Feel free to bring your family and friends along. After the run, you can socialize in the Café Südpark of the Werkstatt für angepasste Arbeit, share experiences and be inspired by the positive energy of the parkrun community.
