When a meeting between members of the AfD and Werteunion and the Identitarian movement became public at the beginning of this year, the news caused a nationwide outcry. The representative of the Identitarians, Martin Sellner, had spoken at the meeting in Potsdam 2023 about plans for "remigration", a mass expulsion of people with a history of migration. Such plans are the answer to the phantasm of the "great exchange" or "population exchange" that the New Right has been talking about for years. Dr. Volker Weiß's lecture will explain the long history of this narrative and show how it is not only racist, but also anti-Semitic.

In 2017, Dr. Volker Weiß published the study "Die autoritäre Revolte. Die Neue Rechte und der Untergang des Abendlandes" and writes for the Süddeutsche Zeitung, among others.
