Astrid is on the verge of making music history and fulfilling her late father’s dream: bringing together four world-famous Stradivarius violins for a concert for the very first time. But the harmony ends with the precious instruments. For the soloists hired for the project—Lise, George, Peter, and Apolline—may be virtuosos on their strings, but they cannot master their emotions. During rehearsals at the secluded château, vanity, old rivalries, and artistic differences clash. To save this once-in-a-century project from failure, Astrid asks the eccentric composer Charlie Beaumont for help.
