Sometimes the chemistry just clicks without needing many words. That’s how it was with the Vortex Underground crew: They didn’t set out to find each other, but they inevitably crossed paths at various parties! From the very first moment, there was a fresh dynamic between them and an insatiable desire to throw their own events—ones characterized by really great sound, positive energy, and a relaxed, family-like atmosphere. TecRoxs, ST-FO, Hoschiwa, and Tobias Christian just want to put on awesome parties with their own unique flair. At these events, peak-time techno, psytechno, and psytrance blend seamlessly into a cohesive mix. The guys kicked off this party series earlier this month in Moosburg, and now the journey continues at the Palais.

So let’s introduce you to this quartet: First up is TexRoxs, who adds a touch of tech-house to peak-time techno and translates his musical roots on the drums into the language of the clubs. Next up is ST-FO, who keeps the night owls hooked with his hypnotic melodies, driving basslines, and hard-hitting kicks. Hoschiwa, on the other hand, is the group’s specialist in psytrance and all its various offshoots. With his positive energy, he knows how to ignite a wave of euphoria on the dance floor. Last but not least, Tobias Christian also does the Vortex Underground proud. He used to perform under the stage name DJ Soma and still gets bodies moving today by wonderfully blending the raw energy of techno with the psychedelic elements of psytrance.
