Stormy winds, endless expanses and mountains like monuments - Patagonia is a dream destination for anyone looking for adventure. In this lecture, you can expect impressive pictures and stories from the contrasting south of Chile and Argentina - but above all, valuable tips for your own hiking trip to the remote tip of South America.

How do you book a multi-day hike in the legendary Torres del Paine National Park without ending up empty-handed? Which tours are worthwhile at the foot of the iconic granite needles Cerro Torre and Fitz Roy? What awaits you on the thousand-kilometer-long Carretera Austral and which protected areas along the Ruta de los Parques should you not miss?

On this two-hour virtual trip to Patagonia, you will be accompanied by Daniel Hüske, who spent a total of five months on site and has written his own hiking guide to the Argentinian national park Los Glaciares.
