Dry wines - what "dry" really means

We don't want to buck the trend of an abstinent January and understand why many people take a healthy break after the gluttony of the holidays.

We have an alternative for those who haven't gone overboard or who prefer to take their abstinence phase during the fasting period after Carnival:
We taste dry (and really DRY) wines. Hardly any other topic is as controversial in the wine world as the famous residual sugar. Many people talk with shining eyes about their delicious, dry wine, without knowing that the "delicious" is often bought with a lot of residual sugar and that their favorite wine is actually semi-dry.
This evening, however, we are mainly focusing on the dry wines. On the other hand, we may also intersperse an example to show that not every wine necessarily has to be extremely dry.
We will start at 19:00 and will probably finish around 22:00. The tasting fee is 49,-
