Weinmarkt auf dem Neumarkt

The wine market on Neumarkt celebrates its premiere on August 1: for eleven days, you can experience the diversity of wines. Until August 11, 22 renowned wineries from Germany and Austria invite you to taste their exquisite white, red and rosé wines, as well as sparkling wines, sparkling wines and other specialties.

You can expect an inviting atmosphere in which you can taste your way through the different flavors and discover the subtle nuances of the wines.

The participating wineries come from Rheinhessen, Württemberg, Rheingau, Rhineland-Palatinate, Nahe, Mosel, Franconia, Hesse and Austria. Enjoy matching culinary delicacies such as South Tyrolean cheese, hearty tarte flambée and grilled specialties.

The wine market not only offers an excellent selection of wines, but also a cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating, perfect for relaxed summer days.

The event starts daily at 13:00 and even offers extended opening hours from 12:00 at weekends. It closes at 7 pm on the last day. As a special highlight, the "Karnevalisten-Stammtisch" will take place on August 10, combining the Rhenish joie de vivre with a love of wine.
