WEKRaum Gruppenausstellung + Vernissage der GEH8-Ateliermieter/-innen // LIKE A GHOST

The studio community of the Dresden art and cultural center GEH8 is showing current works by the resident artists. Entitled "Like a Ghost", the exhibition brings together positions from painting, graphics, sculpture, photography, stage/costume design and ceramics.

The focus is on GEH8's annual theme for 2026/27: fear as an omnipresent, socially effective feeling. Between personal experience and collective experience, it is understood as an ambivalent force - as a state that can both paralyze and liberate.

The exhibition shows how these tensions are reflected in different artistic approaches and enter into dialog in the shared space of GEH8.
