The immersive live music theater where the roots of Latin America meet the urban pulse

Since the 80s, Munich has been characterized by a vibrant Latin American scene - unnoticed by the big stages, but full of energy. With WELCOME TO THE BARRIO , the artist FinIssue makes this history explode in an old movie theater in downtown Munich.

It's not a classic party or a stiff gala: FinIssue (Instagram @finissue) stages an interactive live music theater across generations. From his father's Peruvian roots to the modern urban sound of his generation, the performers wander through the entire hall. Whether family or long-time musical companions from Cuba, Argentina and Venezuela - they perform on the balconies and are projected directly onto the movie screen via live cam.

Experience a show that dissolves the boundaries between stage and audience. Between homemade empanadas in the foyer and a powerful finale in the auditorium, you will become part of a world that has long been at home here.
