In everyday family life, verbal disputes occur time and again. However, most conflicts can be avoided or resolved in a solution-oriented and respectful way using elements of non-violent communication according to Marshall B. Rosenberg.
In a one-day workshop, the participants learn about non-violent communication as an attitude and method. Particular attention is paid to its practical application in everyday family life. The aim of the workshop is to empathize with your own wishes and needs as well as those of other family members and to communicate authentically with each other.
