Westbahnhof x Funky Chicken Club – The Revival
The cult party, which has been running for decades, is celebrating a one-time revival at a new, unique venue in Cologne’s Technology Park. An old Berlin S-Bahn car will serve as the party venue.
The party kicks off outdoors in the sunshine and continues later inside the train car.
The Funky Chicken Club is part of this city’s DNA. What began in 1994 with a mix of original disco records and house beats became Cologne’s iconic Tuesday party—and ran for 17 years. Now it’s making a comeback at a venue that’s just as unique as the party itself.
Andreas Gessner—founder and resident DJ of the Funky Chicken Club—is back behind the decks. Straight vinyl, just as it should be. Support comes from Porfezzor & Loc Dawg.
