Wildkräuterspaziergang für Erwachsene im Naturgarten Hürth
In the organizer's words:
What’s the story behind garlic mustard seeds? And what are the daisies doing in the salad? On a tour of the nature garden at the Bellerstrasse Community Garden Association, these secrets will be revealed, and we’ll dive into the diversity of nature. We’ll learn about various seasonal wild plants and their uses. You’ll get tips and ideas for using them, and afterward we’ll work together to turn them into a delicious snack. To wrap things up, we’ll make some herb salt or foot bath salt.
Please bring: a small screw-top jam jar.
Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes.
Meeting point: Hürth-Efferen Cemetery, corner of Bellerstrasse and Frielsweg (parking available at the cemetery).
The course will take place in the nature garden at KGV Bellerstrasse, Lindenallee 132, 50345 Hürth.
Herbal expert Gabriele Schübert looks forward to seeing you.
