In the organizer's words:

The Diversity Management continuing education program at the Hochschule für Gesellschaftsgestaltung is a nine-month, part-time continuing education course. It enables diversity managers to identify the need for and scope for diversification in their own organization and, building on this, to design transformative strategies for further development. The training programme is aimed at employees of companies and committed individuals from other organizations who want to promote and anchor the topic of diversity in their institutions - such as HR managers and CSR, diversity and inclusion managers.

In 2025, the first cohort successfully completed the training program. As part of a major hackathon, the participants presented their self-developed measures and have now been awarded the "Certificate in Diversity Management" (CAS).

We are looking forward to a keynote speech by Prof. Dr. Mai Anh Boger (Professor of General Special Education with consideration of inclusive educational processes) on the topic of "Diversity Management as a Democratic Task" as well as greetings from Prof. Dr. Daniela Gottschlich and Michelle Geiter (HfGG) and information on the new 2026 cycle.
