Founded in 1840, the Vegesack weekly market is one of the oldest markets in Bremen - and still attracts people from the north of Bremen and the surrounding area.
On Sedanplatz, with direct access to the Vegesack pedestrian zone, a diverse selection of fruit and vegetables, cheese, fish, meat, spices, baked goods, flowers and more is offered three times a week. Whether conventionally grown or from an organic farm, regional products or international specialties: some of the products come directly from the producer.
