Come to the first Frɘigehege presents. Workshop and finally stop moving"wrong"!!!

Wait a minute! Can you even say that?! We invite you to explore your movement, your breathing and your walking with yourself and with others: What is right? What is wrong? Is it even worth thinking in these categories? Or does it even keep you trapped? Let's question old myths together, discover new ones and explore YOUR personal "right & wrong" with us!

Program

Block 1: soft movement - soft breathing - soft walking

Block2: hard movement - hard breathing - hard walking

Block3: recap - exploration - ice bath

It's going to be mega! Come along and take a closer look at whether there are right and wrong movements and how you can improve your movement skills by thinking "out of the box"!

PS: Please come with comfortable clothes in which you can move well (preferably several layers) and think of swimwear if you want to jump into the ice bath =)
