Workshop for professional dancers and dance students

Entering the stage without a plan, without a score, without an idea... In this workshop, tools, strategies & methods for an instant solo composition will be explored. The focus will be on consciously shaping and sharing your own energy and concentration for the duration of a short solo. What paths are there if I don't know the way? Which source do I use and how do I make spontaneous decisions? The workshop moves between methodology and intuition.
