Workshop: Upcycling Small Furniture

Do you have an old, charming piece of small furniture but don’t know what to do with it? Or have you discovered a special piece at a flea market and want to breathe new life into it? In my workshop, you’ll find space, tools, and expert guidance. Together, we’ll develop an idea for your piece of furniture and bring it to life step by step. You’ll learn various techniques and get plenty of practical tips. By the end, you’ll have a unique, redesigned piece of furniture to take home.

What’s included in the price?

- Professional instruction in theory and practice

- All necessary materials, such as tools (e.g., sanders, chisels,

painting supplies, etc.), oils, stains, paints, glues, etc.

- Beverages and snacks

- What we hope will be an enriching experience 


Please bring the following with you:

- A love of crafting

- Be sure to wear old clothes

- A small piece of portable furniture (nightstand, small table, shelf, etc.) that you

want to redesign

Where does the workshop take place?

The workshop takes place at Lotta’s Shop in western Leipzig. In a small, cozy group, you’ll also have the chance to explore the shop and its little treasures.
