Good Morning Jam

The Good Morning Jam is an open space for contact improvisers who want to start their day with dance. There are no instructions here—just space to explore your own movement and interact with others. Sometimes with music, sometimes in silence.

Since there is no introduction, a basic experience in Contact Improvisation is required to participate.

Dress code: Please wear clothing that covers your shoulders, stomach, and thighs. Since the church can be cool on cold days, warm dance clothes are recommended.

Since there is no introduction, basic experience in Contact Improvisation is required to join.

Dress code: Please wear clothing that covers your shoulders, stomach, and thighs. On cold days, the church can be chilly, so warm dance clothes are recommended.
