To be seen - in our authentic expression, in our invididuality, with all the emotions that are there, without having to earn it - that is one of our greatest needs.
However, this need is often so shameful that we build our own tight body armor to protect ourselves from what being seen can trigger: Vulnerability.
So how do looks change our individual expression?
Which looks from whom have which influence?
With which eyes do we see ourselves?
And how can we perhaps look at ourselves with appreciative eyes?
We want to invite this raw vulnerability with our whole body, to show ourselves, to move and also to observe what different gazes do to us - that's what we want to do together. With gentleness and at your own pace.
With embodiment exercises, input on the topic of shame and the nervous system and an exuberant shake and dance practice to a live DJ set to find your own expression.
