Wuthering Heights

In the organizer's words:

Long marginalized as a Victorian tearjerker, Emily Brontë's novel Wuthering Heights, published in 1847, has been experiencing an astonishing renaissance for some time now. For Mithu Sanyal, it is even "the postmodern novel of the 19th century". Frederik Werth reinterprets the dark material. In a multimedia theater performance, the narrative positions of the novel are questioned by the safe fireside of our own perspectives: the True Crime Podcast.

The play will be translated into German Sign Language (DGS) via videos.

On May 16, the performance will be accompanied by an audio description.

The event is not barrier-free for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Access to the theater hall is via a staircase, as is access to the toilets.

The various support requirements can be specified when purchasing tickets. This way we can prepare well.
