The XTRAFIT flagship studio on Schildergasse opened on January 12 and is the sixth studio in Cologne, spread over four floors. It offers a cardio area, a free weights and strength area, a ladies gym, a course room and a wellness area with sauna, massage beds and solarium - including a view of the cathedral. The official opening weekend takes place on January 23 and 24 and offers a varied program: special classes such as Pilates, yoga, jumping, bodypump, cycling, functional training and more in cooperation with partners such as Douglas, NOMOO, OACE, Rundum Köln and other local brands.
