This workshop invites you to get to know the ayurvedic basics and gently attune your body to the qualities of spring and summer. In a lovingly designed 3-hour workshop, I create space to arrive, ground and breathe deeply - accompanied by a soothing meditation with essential oils.
In the Tridosha yoga class that follows, we flow through the 5 elements of Ayurveda. The workshop is complemented by an understandable Ayurveda impulse on the basics for spring and summer as well as type-appropriate Tridosha snacks.
The time together will be rounded off with space for questions, exchange and integration - for more balance, clarity and energy in the changing seasons.
