  • 2 guided yoga sessions (in the yurt in bad weather)

In the morning, you will activate your body in an invigorating hatha flow with Jeanette and bring your breath into a natural rhythm. The subsequent energy work supports your whole system to regulate itself.

The Wandelgarten is in bloom in June and there is plenty to discover. Accompany Rebecca on a herb walk and get to know local plants, sharpen your senses and establish a direct connection with nature.

For lunch, we will organize a picnic together - simple and relaxed - everyone brings something, we share and enjoy. Of course, we will also find the herbs we have collected on the picnic table.

In the afternoon, things get quieter and deeper: in a grounding nature meditation, you sit consciously with a plant - observing, breathing and reflecting. In the yin yoga that follows, you can let go completely and receive the gift of yin - pure regeneration and relaxation.
