P R O G R A M M

Human Circle, Workshop, Vinyasa Yoga (Maya Kobia) and Yin Yoga (Joana Acuna), Breathwork according to WImHoff (Elena Friedrich), Kakao Ceremony&Soundhealing (Penelope)& Ecstatic Dance (Jasamin from Cologne!) and lots of space for sharing and being together!

During the workshop we will make a ceremonial incense feather for the magical Rauhnächte together. This will allow you to gently and consciously spread the healing smoke in the room while burning incense and lovingly direct the energy. The feather will become your very personal companion during this special time, allowing you to connect even more deeply with the wisdom and magic of the Rough Nights. It is an invitation to unite with the elements, to feel the stillness and to immerse yourself in this powerful time of transformation.

Afterwards, we will flow into a harmonized Vinyasa & Yin Flow for the winter solstice. This special moment in the cycle of the year invites you to go within, let go of the old and open yourself to the new light. Together we will connect with the deep wisdom of this time and create space for your inner transformation.

Elena will guide us through a transformative breathwork session where we will use conscious breathing to release blockages and release deep-seated emotions. The practice creates space for relaxation and increased presence so that you can find new energy and inner clarity. It is an opportunity to open your heart and experience healing.

The Ecstatic Dance takes place independently of the Yoga Day Festival and starts at 17:00. We start with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to ground and open you. Afterwards, we let the music slowly carry us and begin to move gently until we finally dance ourselves into ecstasy full of devotion and joy. It is an invitation to feel your body freely and to surrender completely to the rhythm of the music.
