The Bennet Agah Quartet is a young ensemble formed around the 20-year-old saxophonist and composer Bennet Agah from Hamburg.

Agah has been studying jazz saxophone at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater since 2024 and already has a remarkable career that has taken him to major stages throughout Germany - including the Jazz Baltica Festival, the Elbphilharmonie, the Elbjazz Festival, the Laeiszhalle Hamburg and the International Jazz Festival Viersen. Several jazz prizes have been awarded in recognition of his solo and compositional achievements.

Bennet Agah and Lukas Langguth play their own compositions, drawing on a wide range of musical influences. Their musical language combines the energy and directness of the young New York scene with the calm and clarity of Scandinavian jazz, complemented by melodic elements inspired by classical music.
