The film tells the story of two young people - a boy in Tokyo and a girl in the countryside - who mysteriously swap bodies. At first they see it as a crazy but funny experience, but over time a deeper connection develops between them. "Your Name" combines elements of love story, drama and coming-of-age with a pinch of fantasy and unfolds a very emotional, sometimes bittersweet mood. The beautiful animation, the impressive music and the strong narrative style make the film a moving experience.
