Little Black Riding Hood - Kakofia Keusi

Clara Mertens and Triziah Etarukot invite children aged 4 to 8 to a reading in German and Swahili.
reading in German and Swahili. They present the story "Little Black Riding Hood"
by the Tanzanian author Anna Samwel. In Swahili, the title of the story is
story is "Kakofia Keusi". They play music and sing along with the children.
"Little Black Riding Hood is a very well-behaved little girl. One morning, her mother asked her to go to a nearby village to bring her old and sick grandparents a basket of peanuts, corn on the cob, dried meat and a calabash of honey to help them get well quickly. Black Riding Hood promised her and set off. She took the shortcut through the forest. Will Little Black Riding Hood reach her grandparents' house?"

The reading is taking place as part of the "Cohesion in Diversity" campaign day.
The book "Little Black Riding Hood" by Anna Samwel is available in German, Swahili, English
and French (BoD - Books on Demand, Norderstedt, 2020).
