In addition to a fixed & varied course schedule, special events, workshops & community get-togethers await you.

All levels & genders welcome! You can expect different styles from powerfully dynamic (Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Ashtanga) to calmer classes (Yin Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama). Many of our classes are categorized, based on the concept of Ayurveda, as EARTH (stabilizing), WATER (flowing), AIR (breath focus), FIRE (powerful), ETHER (sound, meditation) and give you an idea of the focus of the class. Our great teachers will accompany you with precise guidance and, if desired, assists.
