Cell phones stay turned off and out of sight in your bag. You’re welcome to leave yours with us at the counter for safe keeping if you’d like.

We’re taking a conscious break from social media and the internet—here, the rule is:

Everyone is welcome

We expect everyone to treat each other with courtesy and respect and to get along nicely. We meet exclusively in a substance-free environment.

No one is pressured to participate, speak, or get to know others. You always have the freedom to choose and can decide on the activities that best suit your needs at the moment.
We don’t mind if, for example, you come to the meetings in your pajamas with a cozy blanket and your favorite pillow. That’s fine—we want you to feel at home and comfortable. Feel free to curl up on the sofa in our flower lounge with your favorite book and a drink.

We’ll provide the supporting activities for that.
In various low-stimulus rooms—for example, for quiet time (reading, painting, crafting, resting)—or if quiet time isn’t working for you right now, there are other rooms for entertainment where you can play games you’ve brought along, play your own musical instrument, knit, and more.
