Between the Trees. Urbanes Grün – Kunst – Design

We conjure visions in the heads!

As ökoRAUSCH Think Tank e.V. we are very happy to present you here the supporting program to the exhibition curated by us "Between the Trees. Urban Green - Art - Design" at MAKK - Museum für Angewandte Kunst Köln, which emphasizes the intangible value of trees in the city.

The exhibition will take place in and around the MAKK from February 3 to April 16, 2023.

The design and art positions on display are wonderful mediums for communicating pressing issues of sustainability, climate and nature protection, some of which are still abstract. The tree, which we have placed at the center of the exhibition "Between the Trees," is representative of the richness of nature, and it creates an extremely sensory access to these issues.

Culture uniquely conveys love and appreciation for beauty, generates joy in creativity, and is fun to indulge in flow. Did you know that everything that touches us emotionally reaches us in a completely different way than the pure transmission of knowledge?

Not enough of words! Words can motivate, inspire and teach new things, and that creates the power to act. The speakers of the supporting program for "Between the Trees" meet the challenges of our time with expertise, energy and, above all, a lot of creativity!

The program is growing continuously from day to day, so it's worth checking back again and again until April 16, 2023.
