Our cuisine has Balkan in it.
Not as a label - but as a taste.
We draw on what has shaped us: Fermentation, acidity, herbs, dough, vegetables, fire. Not as folklore, but as an attitude. For us, origin is not marketing, but material.
Our Mediterranean signature is closer to Turkey and Greece than to Western Europe. Selected Asian influences are added when they bring depth and complexity. We currently cook exclusively plant-based dishes.
The menu is designed so that you can move through the evening: small and medium portions for 3, 4 or 5 courses. There are also individual dishes to share - limited and only available while they last.

We also remain consistent when it comes to wine: small, local producers, vegan - complemented by natural and alcohol-free options.
