The former Coty site is located in the Bickendorf district of Cologne, between Venloer Straße, Wilhelm-Mauser-Straße and Akazienweg, and covers around 17 hectares. It was used by Coty Inc. as a perfume production site until 2021, when production was discontinued. Project developer Instone Real Estate has acquired the site to develop a future-oriented urban quarter that is productive and liveable.
