In the location's words:

IMI Winery is the first Urban Winery in a German city of millions. In the middle of Cologne-Ehrenfeld, organic grapes grown especially in the Palatinate region are turned into wine by us, Jonathan, Svenja and Kai.

Back in 2015, we started the project from the Palatinate and have realized the dream of an Urban Winery in the middle of Cologne in 2020 from pop-up stores in various Cologne Veedeln via crowdfunding. Together with a super team, as well as hardworking friends and family, IMI Winery is more of a community project than a company, where the focus is on life and the joy of it. Hence the slogan: Love, Peace & Happiness.
