For more than ten years, Raum13 had created the Deutzer Zentralwerk der Schönen Künste from the first gas engine factory on more than 10,000 square meters - a large-scale urban art project that has always seen itself as a platform for contemporary urban development. The city of Cologne acquired the property in 2022. Raum13 is working with numerous supporters on the reopening of the Deutzer Zentralwerk der Schönen Künste and thus on the implementation of the council resolutions on the future development of the Otto-Langen-Quartier, in which raum13 is to be the anchor point.
