1. Kölner Shanty Chor: Weihnachten auf hoher See
In the organizer's words:
Christmas with a difference: The 1st Cologne ShantyChoir, which will be 11 years old three times this year, presents "Christmas on the high seas" for listening and singing along.
Experience Christmas shanties and seasongs, international Christmas carols and "kölsche Tön", garnished with the Christmas story op Kölsch and authentic short reports from sailors and passengers who experienced Christmas on a cargo ship or cruise ship on the high seas. Experience first-hand how a violent winter gale shakes the ship on Christmas Eve. Feel the spray and waves in the storm-proof mustard pot!
